Terri Foster is a certified MELT Method instructor with a passion for helping people move with ease and live pain-free. As an above-the-knee leg amputee and someone who has navigated chronic pain firsthand, she deeply understands the frustration of stiffness, discomfort, and limited mobility. Through MELT, she discovered a simple yet powerful way to restore balance to the body—and now she’s dedicated to sharing it with others.
